Investment criteria

Financial: $0.5-5m EBITDA / $5-50m revenue

Industry: Australian commercial and industrial services businesses

Motivation: committed sellers seeking liquidity and/or an exit, who do not have a succession plan in place, and want to ensure business continuity, future success, and legacy

Our team

Greg McAllister is a skilled business advisor with over ten years' experience working in business strategy, operations, supply chain and maintenance. He has a deep understanding of multiple industries having served clients across manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, gaming, aged care and healthcare. Greg specialises in using automation, analytics and other digital tools to increase revenue, reduce cost structure, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.James Casey is an experienced investor and operator, with over 10 years experience driving growth and delivering strategic value creation across founder-led, corporate and private equity–backed organisations in technology, healthcare, mining, renewable energy, manufacturing and e-commerce.
